In Practice: At Intersol, facilitated over 30 stakeholder engagement and consultation sessions for federal and non-profit clients—including Public Safety Canada, the National Research Council, and the Mental Health Commission of Canada—creating safe, structured discussions that allowed diverse participants to surface concerns, needs, and shared priorities.

At Graybridge Malkam, led equity and accessibility conversations across CMHC and British Columbia Housing, using GBA Plus assessments, listening sessions, and employee feedback to surface systemic barriers and co-create recommendations that strengthened inclusion for Indigenous staff, racialized employees, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQ2S+ communities.
