Art Therapy, Shared Values Charter & Portrait Creation

  • Art therapy uses guided creative processes to support reflection, emotional expression and connection while advancing Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, Equity, Accessibility, Anti-Oppression and Sustainability.

In Practice (Example) 

Art therapy can support teams navigating IDEEAS- related challenges, such as differing perspectives when an employee is transitioning to a different gender and staff are negotiating bathroom use and accessibility. Sessions create a respectful space for dialogue and can result in a one-of-a-kind individual, team, or organizational charter and portrait that reflect shared values and lived experience.
